All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout — the full, final price you pay is always shown before you confirm your order, with no hidden charges added at a later step.
Product availability is shown as accurately as possible, but in rare cases a product may go out of stock between browsing and checkout. If this happens after you've placed an order, we'll contact you promptly with options — including a refund.
In the rare event of a genuine pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will always contact you first.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered and selected for your order.
We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details — these are handled directly and securely by our payment partner.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address you provided — please inspect your package and follow our unboxing-video requirement (see our Return & Refund Policy) if there's any issue.
Delivery is currently available across India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Cancellations
