At Mall on Moon, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition, but we understand that damages or defects can sometimes occur. To address such concerns, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Return and Refund

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you are eligible for a resolution under this policy.

To process your request, you must provide proof in the form of an unboxing video — recorded while opening the package for the first time clearly showing the damage or defect.

How We Resolve Your Request

Replacement (first option): In almost all cases, we will replace the damaged or defective product and send you a new one at no extra cost.
Full Refund (if replacement isn't possible): If a replacement cannot be provided for example, if the product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable Mall on Moon will issue a full refund of your return amount instead.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Attach Proof: Share your unboxing video as evidence of the damage or defect.
Return the Product: Return the damaged/defective product to us as instructed by our team.

Processing Timeline

Once we receive the returned product, your replacement or refund will be initiated within 72 hours.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Replacements are shipped promptly once approved.

Important Notes

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests — without it, we're unable to process a claim.
Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Replacement is offered as the first resolution. A full refund is provided only when a replacement genuinely isn't possible.
