Mall on Moon is a D2C ecommerce brand dealing in premium metal home decor, Moroccan lanterns, candle holders, diyas, planters, and gift items. We are operated by Moon Shade Enterprises, a manufacturer based at Chakkar Ki Milak, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. All products are produced in-house and shipped directly to customers across India.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on mallonmoon.com, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or placing the order under parental supervision
• Provide accurate and complete personal, contact, and shipping information
• Be located within India (we currently ship only within India)

3. Products & Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe all products including dimensions, materials, and finishes. However:

• Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen calibration
• All metal handicraft products are handcrafted and may have minor surface variations — this is a characteristic of the craft, not a defect
• Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be the final charged amount.

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on eligible orders

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Mall on Moon does not store your card or banking credentials.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India. For COD orders:

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
• Repeated COD order rejections or returns may result in COD being restricted for your account
• COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 4–6 business days
• Other cities & towns: 6–10 business days

Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Mall on Moon is not liable for third-party courier delays once the shipment has been dispatched.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. Our return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by unboxing video or photo evidence of damage
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preferences, or minor handicraft variations
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified
• COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)

9. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
• Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

10. Intellectual Property

All content on mallonmoon.com — including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Mall on Moon / Moon Shade Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. User Account

You may create an account on our website to manage orders and track purchases. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

12. Prohibited Use

• Place fraudulent or fake orders
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content

• Delays or damages caused by third-party courier partners after dispatch

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
